SHIPPING

All domestic orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Most orders are delivered within 1-3 business days. If you need a package shipped overnight, please send an email to tito@titowest.com and we will do our best to accommodate your request. 

We are currently ship­ping world­wide either with FedEx or DHL Express.


RETURNS

We accept returns of damaged items, with orig­i­nal pack­ag­ing. Returns must be processed within 7 days of purchase. All returns must include orig­i­nal pack­ag­ing: any boxes, bags, and other pack­ag­ing mate­ri­als. Any images of the damages should be emailed to tito@titowest.com within 7 days. 

Contact us imme­di­ately, and will provide instruc­tions, and shipping label. 


CHANGES & CANCELATIONS

If you need to update the shipping address and/or wish to change your order, please send an email to tito@titowest.com within 24 hours. Changes made later than this cannot be guaranteed. If the package has already shipped and you need to cancel your order, you will need return the product and submit a new order. If the package has already been shipped and you need to change the shipping address, you will need to contact the delivery company.
