By accessing or purchasing from this site, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. Products & Availability
All books and prints sold are limited edition, and availability is subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue or modify any products or content at any time without liability.

2. Shipping
All domestic orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail and typically arrive within 1–3 business days. If you require overnight shipping, email us at studio@titowest.com and we will do our best to accommodate.
We currently ship internationally via FedEx or DHL Express. International delivery times and costs vary by destination.
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. We are not responsible for lost or delayed shipments due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

3. Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns only for damaged items. Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery and must include the original packaging (boxes, bags, and all materials).
To initiate a return, email studio@titowest.com with photos of the damage. Once approved, we will provide return instructions and a prepaid shipping label.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the item is received and inspected.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons other than damage.

4. Cancellations & Order Changes
If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us at studio@titowest.com within 24 hours of placing your order.
- Changes requested after 24 hours may not be possible.
- If an order has already shipped, you must wait for delivery and then initiate a return if eligible.
- For address changes after shipping, you must contact the courier directly.

5. Intellectual Property
All content on this site—including but not limited to images, films, text, design, and layout—is the exclusive property of Tito West Studio, LLC and may not be reproduced, copied, or used without prior written consent.
Purchasing a print or book does not grant the buyer any rights to reproduce, publish, or distribute the content in any form.

6. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:
- Any delays or losses caused by third-party shipping providers.
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or purchase of our products.
- Any damage arising from misuse or mishandling of our products once delivered.

7. Privacy

8. Governing Law
