Tito West is a writer, photographer and filmmaker from Texas.
For nearly twenty years, he has traveled and worked throughout Africa, Brazil and the Caribbean. He spent several years living in Africa and has made several extended trips through Brazil's southern Amazon basin.
His first book, Another Life, was published in 2024 and brings together photographs made over fifteen years in Africa. He is currently working on his second book and his first feature film, based on a true story he has been following in Brazil since 2014.
He lives in Texas with his wife and children.
